Richard Nartey is a young energetic man with very little education but was able to work with Kent Security Company for a period of 2 years and later moved to Dangote Ghana to also work as a laborer. With little work experience and no help from anywhere, he managed to start his own business by buying and selling Car parts in Ghana and later started imports of car parts. He become successful in his line of business and this has motivated him to help the less privileged in the society.

Throughout his hardship life enjoys voluntary service and is highly involved in the community especially in the church. His dream is to ensure that every needy child in his community is catered for or to own an NGO which will provide help and other services to children in need. He is currently married with two children and happily living with his family at Tema, in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
